The Labrador dog ring was a perfect gift for my partner, whose family dog had recently passed away. There was a hiccup in the delivery process, but the customer service team was more than helpful even though it was the postal service at fault. The customer service was phenomenal, only second to the outstanding and beautiful craftsmanship of the ring. This was my second order from Richard and certainly won’t be my last.
